LON-GINE PRECISION IND. has been established in 1979. in the earliest stage, we make parts camera and connector pin, the range of the diameter we proceed is O0.2 ~ 1.5 mm.

1987, re-organized as company limited, extended the products line to include many kinds of precision shafts for cooling fan, printer, fax machine..., etc. That time, we were able to handle the diameter of the working object up to 6.0mm.

1990, first CNC automation lathe being introduced in the production line. The accuracy had been improved and the working diameter increased to O16mm. We could make the shafts for hard drive and peripheral device for computer. Then, in 1995, we can make the lead screw used for CD, DVD, MD......, etc.

SPC (production control) were introduced in 1999 in our production line to upgrade the productivity and quality. And then in the year of 2000, we invested a lot into the full automation of production operation from grinding up to packaging process which enable us to further improve the accuracy and quality while making lead screw.

In 2001, we are planning to invest more funds and energy on the research and development of making lead screw by applying the most advanced equipment as well as modern management in the production.
